2. What We Collect
- Account information: email address and name when you sign up via Clerk authentication.
- Usage data: which tools you use and when, stored to enforce free tier limits and display your history.
- Output history: the inputs you provide and the outputs generated, stored in your account history.
- Technical data: browser type, device type, and IP address collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) and authentication provider (Clerk).
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the Veloce_ service
- To enforce subscription tier limits
- To display your output history across devices
- To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset) via Clerk
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data to train AI models
4. AI Processing
When you use a Veloce_ tool, your inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate outputs. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. We do not store your inputs beyond what is needed to display your history. You can delete your history at any time.
5. Data Storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL database) hosted in the EU. Authentication is managed by Clerk. Both services comply with GDPR.
6. Your Rights (UK & EU Users)
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to processing
